Well, I used to go and stay in the resorts @ ECR with friends atleast once in two months. We always preferred MGM Beach Resort because the Guest Service, Food was good but not anymore.
But for the past 1 year, it has become worse than crap. Everytime we have been there, we always have some problem in the room. Last time we stayed, the TV was not working in the room, when we called the House Keeping department, they bothered to send someone to fix the problem after few hours.
The last time we went, the A/C unit was not working properly and they will come and fix the problem temporarily but after few hours, the problem repeats. When we called them at the middle of the night they are requesting us to move to another room. We got fedup of calling them again and again and with their crap service. We had to stay without using the A/C for the last day of our stay.
Even if you order a coffee or drinks from bar, it will take half hour to deliver it to your room and it might not be the one you ordered.
If all the customers are using some resource they will defenitely ban it for the guests sooner or later.
Some guys are really nice and helpful but it is only 10% of the entire staff.
