CEO is always looking at ways to help make our working environment even better and such things as a free on-site cafe with top notch coffees, great lunches etc. really do help towards making this a great place to work
Great place for self starters, people with a lot of ideas and want to lead new initiatives to really make a difference. The more you bring to the business, the even better a fit this business is for you and the more you can develop from a professional point of view.
The culture fit and values is so important to the business and this helps bring in the right people
Although the business is well established, there is a startup feel to it in the sense that even though a lot of processes and ways of working practices have been introduced as part of a natural evolution, there is still a nice feel of anything is possible and new initiatives and ideas are welcomed
Finally, I must add, the negative comments here about the CEO are absolute nonsense. In the 2 1/2 years I have been with the business, I have had nothing but a great relationship with her and I have enjoyed every interaction with her. She has always supported me, listened to me when I have had a point of view and always takes an interest in how you are in general. He is a great leader who puts employees first!
The comments about her and the company are really unjustified and unfair and I wanted to mention this in this review.

- The offices have been in need of some modernisation for a while, however whilst writing this, work is actually going on to address this which is great:)
