HSN/SAC: 85287217, Flipkart Seller Name: LUMINARY LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED.
After a few months TV remote’s voice assistance not working. I complain the same, but your unskilled technician often reset this TV many times, motherboard also changed but the problem is still not resolved. From starting I always demand to change my TV’s remote because problems are found in the TV’s remote only.
Many times, approx. 50 complaints registered with your portal, social media, backend team, front end team, external NCH team ( docket 3063529) .
But your support team always close my incident by putting any fake text by blaming customer like customer number is the wrong ex. WO: ISGlobal20211024000344-D272. ( My address and mob are not wrong many times I cross verify with your support team) . Your backend /front end support team always provide me with a new timeline to resolve my problem from 2.7 months.
I kindly request you to please replace my TV’s remove which is under warranty.
