I bought this television from Amazon on 7th of November, which was delivered to me on the afternoon of 11th November. Everything was fine till now, but then the difficulties started to get the TV installed by contacting the service center of Xiaomi. The system of getting them installed is completely different, the service people will not come on the same day but have to book the next day’s slot. On their request, the slot was booked on the next day i.e. 12th and the timing was given from 10:00 am to 12 noon but no technician visited. It was like this 3-4 days later I came to know that my TV has been installed but the interesting thing is that I am sitting at home and my TV is locked in the box in front of me and the service center people are saying that my TV is installed . TV was installed on 17th November. Now let’s talk about its screen quality, which is very good, looks better from every angle, the detailing is good. The sound quality is not that clear but there is a decent amount. The wifi connection may give problems in the beginning but after updating that issue has been solved.
