Elastic polymer is a rubber kind of material which is very comfortable and non elegiac to any kind of skin.
The main component is made up of aluminum and plastic with chamfered edges which looks very premium. SPECIFICATION: It comes with a 41mah battery. It also comes with IP67 rating which means it is dust and water resistant.
The MI band uses bluetooth 4.0 to connect to a smartphone and is also compatible with both ios and android. FEATURES: It tracks you steps. Distances. Sleep time. Calories burned. Notifications alert for specific apps. Alarm. All together it is a very good and accurate fitness tracker in my testing I found out it was pretty accurate compared to some expensive fitness trackers and smartwatch which are much more expensive then the mi band.
The battery life on the mi band is unbeatable the company promises battery a life of 30 days but in my testing with normal usage I got about 35 to 40 days with a single charge which is far more than any fitness tracker in the market which are priced more than 10000 indian rupees. It is IP67 which means you can take it in the rain or shower without any problem but I don’t recommend to swim with it as it is waterproof till 1m for 30 minutes. Their are many more alternatives in the market for example intex fitrist or the micromax Yu Yufit but in terms of accurate steps counting mi band is unbeatable in this price range.
