I just bought a new Mi earphones. I hope this is a good item and very faithful. But only a month later it starts difficulties. It’s create sounds problem only tunes are hears not the voice. I consult with my friends who are advised me for taking this type of product. I really disappointed with this. My friend also disappointed and felt ashamed for advising me these types of products. So I requeste to you that no one buy this kind of products of MI. It is very disgusting. When I went to customers care they say me waiting for 2-3 month for exchange it now thinking thing is that I need it now and it is used by me after 2-3 month is totally disgusting.
So please think about it before purchasing Mi earphones.
