I purchased. A mobile phone through mi.com after getting the product when I am using the mobile I am facing ptoblem because of network went off after 30-45 sec after that I complained avout rhe same problem. Mi accept the complaint and register for replacement. After that main problem started after so many days one email came in which one address written then mi says that Individuals customer will pack the product and send him that address so I do the same and sepend money for courier after dispatching the product after one month new mobile came to my home in between I called him so many time they said your registration in uder progress so guys pls thought again again before ordering the product from mi
