Oh my god I am just shocked to see what is going on.
I ordered last week a xiaomi powerbank 20000 mah of rupee 2500 they delivered it after one week without any delivery charge.
I choose COD as a mode of payment so when I received product then I feel the parcel is quite light in weight but I ignored it and payed 2500.
One of my friend with me told me that please make a video so that if anything happen we have a proof.
So when I opened the parcel I found the box is of apple ( iphone) and when I open the box I just don’t know what to do as the box is empty.
Then immedietly I contact mi representative they said we will contact you later as our senior is not present at that moment.
After 2 to 3 hrs I again contact them but the customer care is busy so I try with another phone and they picked that phone which means they block my phone no.
Then I try to contact india xiaomi reprsentative but they said this is not our matter please contact them.
Now I don’t know what to do so I decided that i’ll go for consumer court and case against them.
