I’m here share my worst experience about Mi.com.
I’m really a big fan of Mi products.Because they are providing very useful product and they giving all advantages in cheap price.I’m very glad about that thing only.I purchased my Mi phones from flipkart etc for me and my friends.
Few months ago I ordered a 1000mah powerbank.After one week I got product delivered.But the product box was empty.I tried to return the product.But didn’t give me any refund or a new product. Every time other companies are ready to provide refund or replacements.So many times I called them to solve my issue.But they told me that was solved.
I told them I have proof.Because I know the package was emphty.So I shoot a video about unboxing the product.I send this video to them.But they have no valuable responds.
