I recently ordered a xiaomi redmi note 3 from mi.com on 12/08/16 and it got delivered on 16/08/16 . The packing was not attractive, the phone was well protected inside the packing.
The phone was inside its box and is working fine.
Before receiving the package I had some issues with the delivery boy, so I called the customer care of mi, they were very helpful in sorting out the issue but the signal and voice quality of the customer care was very poor and I could hardly hear what the executive was saying.
Overall I received a good phone within a few days and the customer care response to grievances was good.
