Mi store is Xioami’s official android app to shop its products.It lists all the xioami products available in India.I am also using this app & I have very poor experience with mi store app & here I want to share my personsal experience & also tell its pros & cons.
Cons-
Products non-availability: With Xioami, product unavailablity is a big issue as products are listed on mi store app but are always out of stock so one cant buy just see it like showcase & imagine it only. since 4 months I am seeing mi band 2 is out of stock & since 2 months charging cable is out of stock & my charging cable is damaged & I am having problem in charging my phones.How would I do without cable? at least they should have basic phone accessories in stock.
Products are sold costly: On mi store app products are listed & sold costly or we can say on MRP.But one can easily buy same product online at less price so I find no need to buy from mi store.Also one will easily get online discount on mi products also.
Delivery is slow: I got the order from mi store after one week so there delivery process is very slow .
Products sold by sales: Even on mi store new products are sold by sales only so I find no any advantage of buying from mi store.
Update problem: There is always problem while updating mi store app as it first get downloaded in phone then get updated so its buggy app.
Pros-
App interface is ok.
I find mi store service is ok as I once replaced my charger during phone warrenty period & I got timely get replaced so at store experience was ok.
Overall I will say I dont like the mi store app as no special advantage is here, one can easily buy online on other sites Xioami products even when its out of stock on mi store so I find mi store useless .
So in short from my side I wanna give mi store 1/5 stars from my experience.
