Hello guyz I would like share my experience with mi store. Recently I ordered MI A1 from mi store and the product delivery was done within just 2 days, I was surprised and package was just awesome and customer service is little bit not got because processing takes too much time like 2-4 working days. I had faced some problem with my MI A1 and contracted customer service and demanded for replacement after some mails and conversation they just approved to provide replacement but it took too time to process but final result and experience was good. I recommend you guys to if you have any concerned the please try to contact customer service throug thier mail id it helps more to resolve your issues.
