Guys let me tell you all about this mi andriod mobile app from where you can get all mi products but at the time of sale this app do not works properly due to traffic. But let me tell you my personal experience about this app I ordered a vr play from this app and I was so much excited for that toy because I never used that before they delivered my vr at time but here comes the problem I got the vr without headstrap I was totally shocked after looking that because how will we use vr play without headstrap so then I checked the app again and the description and there was no mention about headstrap it was totally a scam and to trap people and after then I got to know through youtube that in indian mi vr version it comes without headstrap and then immidietly I contacted customer care and they said that on this product there is no return policy I was like this is cheating because there is no mention in the description that it comes without headstrap how will we use it but after getting my parcel and after opening it all I can do is nothing and then I never shop again from mi store I was totally disappointed. They loose my trust
