One year ago I ordered earbuds from a MI Store application from my Redmi mobile worth Rs 1499/- so I was happy and excited about my earbuds the concept of a mi store is good but in comparison to big giants like Amazon, Flipkart is not so up to the mark!
so when I received the product, the product was a defective piece so I visited Help & Support section but the support system is so poor that I waited for so long then someone connected with me in chat support after registering the complaint then they said we will accept your return request but we will not do refund, but I wanted to cancel my order and wanted a refund! like Amazon and Flipkart provides easily to their customers and in mi store there is no multiple language in the application by which people can choose their preferred language. so there is not any other option left for me so I exchanged the product. And in terms of pricing Mi store is very costly in comparison to any other application like BOAT.
look and feel is not so bad and it is tough to use.
