You may not like him, his aggressiveness, his tactis.....but you have to agree that when it comes to sheer driving skills / capabilities....he is the BEST !!!!
The fact that sets him apart from other drivers is that he has been consistently performing well even in cars that definitely were not the best....
Three years back..when the McLaren was the best car on the circuit...Schumi was still giving a tough time to Mika and the championship went down to the last race....Even with a clearly inferior car....he was in a position to win the champion ship...
Even jean todt said...the car is only as good as where irvine is on the grid..schumi is on the front row only becoz of himself...
Last year, when teh Ferrai was better than the Mclarens....Schumi just blew them away...they didnt seem to stand a chance..
The difference is - The car drove Hakkinen to victory....while Schumi drove the car to victory...
He has been constantly getting on to the podium wiht a not so good car also...
I think there is no doubt that he is the best ever !!!!!!!!!!
