This feedback is right from my heart as I have wasted my 1 year and 3 months working as a manager in Mickey Mehta. It’s very dishartening but a bitter fact that Mickey mehta does not care about his emploees. His recruitment is pretty simple, you just have to reach his place in the morning before 10am and he will have a set of criteria for you to agree and if you are unemployed you will definitely agree upon. If you are being recruited for a senior management role like I was then You will be paid around the 7th or 10th for the first couple of months and then Mickey does what he is good at.
All employees in Mickey Mehtas are not paid for 3 months. After demonatisation, he had paid all his employees in cash and the notes were all 1000 and 500 old note that were banned by the government. The interesting thing is that he had made this salary on the 19th of November 2016 and the month for which he was making the payment was May 2016.
It is Seriously ridiculous that a public figure like Mickey Mehta who calls himself a Holistic Health Guru is not even capable of taking care of the Holistic Health of His Own Employees.
IT’S A SHAME.
