I brought this TV and it’s been a year now. Poor video quality on screen and I have tried to download some sample 4k HD videos and tried viewing them too, but my efforts were of no use. HDMI doesn’t work and youtube gets stuck. Also it has only 150mb ram which gives slow performance. Any appliance having less ram cannot work fine. The problem essentially was with the specifications where it says that there is an optical sound out whereas in actual, there isn’t any home theatre would not connect with this piece unless I chose to compromise on the sound input and use a mono jack. So, in a nut shell, if your looking at buying an affordable LED TV, buy the plain LED TV without smart features as these low end TV’s are designed to perform optimally. Service and support is unsatisfactory as their primary concern is only on selling such products. So, I suggest you not to buy this product. It’s totally waste of money.
