I bought this Smart TV for my family, but it was a mistake, the product is not at all up to the mark, and I had to return it. First there are several problems like the TV usually hangs when we use the Youtube application. Second, the brightness of the TV is low, and thus I didn’t like the picture quality as well. But most importantly, I faced a problem in its display panel in the first month itself, and the customer service is so very bad that it has been 5 weeks, and there is no response or effort into resolving our problem. That’s the worst part!
