Friends, I bought 50-inch FHD TV in 2016. I was very much excited. Initially, I was amazed that I was watching a 50-inch Television. When I switched it on, I noticed that the picture quality is not up to my expectation. It says it is FHD but the quality . . . very disappointing.
Another problem I found with the TV is the sound quality. Since the price is very low, they have not given the best audio quality. When the volume goes beyond 50 percent, the sound flatters.
Within a month’s use, the LEDs burnt. When I approached the seller and the company, they refused to replace it with a new one. Instead, they agreed to repair it. But again, it was a headache for me to call them. Every two or three days I used to call them and request them to come to me and repair my TV. They will say yes, but won’t come. When I said to them, I will go to consumer court, the next day, the person came and replaced the LEDs of the TV.
Overall my experience with this TV is very disappointing.
Instead, I will suggest, to go for 32 inches or 40 inches of branded companies like LG but not MICROMAX
