VIDEO QUALITY- The video quality of this TV is awesome if you are watching HD channels but if you are using SD channel then the video quality may not be that much good if you watch from closer
SOUND RECEPTION- Sound quality is good. not too much good but as compare to the price of this product the sound quality is awesome
It provide one HDMI port and one USB PORT which are usefull to watch movies from pendrive and to connect your PCor laptop. You cant connect your mobile directly to USB port because USB port doesnt recognize the mobile.
SERVICE AND SUPPORT- service is very good . I ordered the tv online and on 2nd day serviceman come and fixed the tv in wall mounting. for one year warrenty they repair the tv by coming to doorstep
