Worst product I have ever invested my money on.The picture quality of this product is very bad, the colours are scattered on the screen and images are not very sharp(no where near hd resolution).Even the sound reception is not up to the mark, you cant understand even a single word until you focus your whole brain and ear on the audio. However the customer service was pretty good and were very cooperative with me.Overall based on my experience I would’nt recommend you to buy this product and go for any other tv available in the market.
