I have bought this TV on Flipkart during Big Billion days on Oct 2016.
Since the first day, I have observed that something is wrong with the display. White color looks so yellowish. I have called Micromax service center more than twice but no one came to take a look at it.
It has been more than 8 months and I have been using the TV as it is without any repair. I don’t know what is wrong, but definitely a brand new TV shouldn’t be facing that problem. It was purely a manufacturing defect.
And after 7-8 months, exactly 10 days back, on july 4th back light on TV was completely gone and the entire screen went dark. Sounds comes out of the TV, but I couldn’t see anything on the screen. I have contacted service center and a guy came home next day to take a look at it and said back light was gone and has to be replaced.
I took it to service center same day and they said it would take 20-30 days to get the back light due to GST problem. What? GST problem? Each and every organization is misusing this very much. Why does it take so long to order back light? They called me today afternoon and said it would take another 10 days to get back light and get it repaired.
I believe that the build quality is not that good. So in future, I will try to avoid Micromax electronics and I suggest you the same.
