The stand is very basic, but adequate, and wall mount allows for no adjustment, with the tv out a bit from the wall 1 at the fattest part, and parallel to the wall ( no tilt)

The speakers are basic, so the sound is not great, but super convenient.

Overall this is a great little TV for smaller rooms, and those on a budget.
