Very very very poor Micromax service

Few points to consider before you buy Micromax products:


1) Are you willing to wait for your product to get repaired more than a month


2) Are you willing to have no update from a customer care representative rather a framed reply "Sir it will take 10 days" I don’t know what is happening, we don’t have any info but wait for 10 days, after 10 days when you call we will again say 10 days.


3) A good product is not everything, what if that product goes wrong and you will have to wait for months in warranty period. Imagine the case after warranty expires.


After a month and half of using Micromax A100, it stopped working on its own. Today being 36 days of submitting in service center, still no resolution and no update. Nobody knows anything and they just say 10 working days. Micromax doesn’t give a standby handset even. So if your phone goes bad buy a new one and if you are lucky you will get repaired handset from Micromax.


I don’t recommend this phone to anyone. You should see the other side of the coin through my experience.
