Don’t ever try to buy this Cheap and waste phone, not only this model, any of Micromax products. I purchased it 3 months back and this is my first smart phone.
I bought it with so much of enthusiasm, first 3 months ph is working properly. after that problems are started, touch, hang, etc. I tried to reach the servicing centers in Hyderabad, I found them in Micromax official sites.
- SV communications, Kukatpally: I explained about my pb, they confirmed the problem because they are knew that all mobiles has the same pb. They simply replied me that it will take 1-2 months to replace, that too not sure.
On second time in ph, they simply told that we are not doing servicing for Micromax phs. Please go to Secunderabad.
- Mobitech, Sec bad: I called them today, they are also replied the same thing, we are not doing anymore now.
Finally I called Micromax ph no in Micromax website, ph is not lifting by anyone. I went to the shop where I buy it, he simply replied me that I told that day, go for Samsung.
But you people are not listening my words. Now my problem is, if I replace the touch which costs 2800, there is no warranty for that.
