I would like to raise a complain against Micromax. The phone is really amazing to use, you guys suck where service is concerned. I have given my phone to your service station 1 month ago to replace the display. There is no update from the service station’s side.
I am wondering if you have sold it off!! If you like the phone so much and want to keep it with you then why do you sell it? What is the point if you sell 20 different models and have 3 service centres in a big city like Bangalore?? You have just 1 service centre for smart phones?
I don’t know who to contact to get an update. The service centre does not answer any calls. Is there anybody who gives a answer about after sales service?
