Last year I bought a new micromax canvas 2 A120 colors 8gb from amazon for rs 8670. Although it was not really a goid deal I gifted it to my GF.
But the phone was to laggy and big . Battery backup was also poor and performance was also quite bad due to less ram available.
Phone comes with 3 coloured back pannels thats why it is known as canvas colour. But one day ot suddenly stopped working and my gf called me and I took it to the micromax service centre because it was under warranty ( 11 months remaining) they told me that its PCB has to be replaced due to some hardware issue and it will cost ne around Rs 5000 I told them that it was under warranty but they became aggressive and told me that karana hai theek toh karao hum kissi ke baap ke naukar nhi. After this I went to a local repair shop and he told me that the phone has some IC problem which will cost me around 1000 rs only. So I repaired it from there and saved mine 4000.
Phone is still now working but I was really upset about care centre person behaviour.
