I purchased this phone with a lots of hope and excitement which soon got replaced by the utter disappointment because of the very poor performance of the device and pathetic customer service I have received.
The device gets starting heating up within 10 minutes of use and you can not place it on your ear for more than couple of minutes in that situation. The battery back up is so poor which would be hell difficult to explain in words.
After all this, when I went to service center what I have got to know is that I need to pay amount for the fix of it. I was taken aback by a shock and requested them to fix it as this is only 10 days old headset but they were very stubborn and did not listen to me at all.
They should have understand that this is a very serious problem and can cause physical damage to me. What if it gets burst one day? but seems they dont care about it.
They just want to sell their devices and dont believe in customer service.
Please dont go for Micromax
