Hey friends thats my review on bloody micromax canvas knight
first of all this phone is not at all good looking
The phone restarts on its own. Can somebody suggest a solution for the same? Connected the charger to the mobile phone but phone was not getting the charge. Noticed this trend for a couple of days. Had to change the charger. Need to improve awareness of the customer service reps on this product. It doesnt add value by contacting the customer service team.
This is worst phone yiu ever bought in your life. In-fact, this is not just with this phone, every single phone of Micromax has been developed by using, third class imported software and hardware. On top of that, their customer support is horrible. You approach them with whatever problem, nothing covers under the warranty. Even before listening to your properly, they’ll start telling you these things, sir, this camera is broken, that is not covered in warranty, they did not even listen to me that it has sever heating problem while playing games, songs or talking, I have not come for this camera issue.
If a phone does not guarantee peace of mind, therez no point buying it.
so finally I donot recommend this phone
