Bought this phone believing it to be value for money n having best features in market.
used it for 3 months, and one fine day out of the blue, touch screen stops working. take it to the service centre, I am told 7 days. I go back after 7 days, they say 10 days since they had to dispatch the phone to head office. I go back after 10 they say no spares wait 10 more days.
This has been going on for 45 days now. Mind you, dont make the mistake of thinking it is the issue with the service centre. no, it is not. because I have seen innumerable complaints about micromax after sales service online. sadly saw them too late. The issue is with the mindset of micromax which is in business just to make a quick buck n fly. they are least bothered about reputation. like the saying goes’some of the people can be fooled some of the time’ but never again. They say this is enough. Going by the population of India.
please talk to a person u know who has had a micromax product for atleast a year before buying anything from micromax.
