I had purchased Micromax Canvas Kigha A350 Black on Dec2014.Whenever I had started to play game, after 10 min is become so hot that it may burn your skin.Unfortunately after 5 months it’s screen touch stopped working.I went to customer care, they told me to come after 15 days.Bust worst thing is that after 15 days they requested for another 15 days.And same way another 15 days.
Now 4th month passed they had not returned me my mobile.I had wasted more than 1k only talking to customer care(which was supposed to be tallfree)talking to them.I had also mailed them thousand of time, but they copy and paste same thing again and again.If the company is running as INDIAN COMPANY than I am very sorry to say that they are ruining our name in whose world
