I have placed my Micromax A87 handset at service center on 29-June-2013 and still (17-Sep-2013) they have not returned my handset. They told me to call at below customer care numbers :
011-44770044. 1860 500 8286.
I have tried the above numbers many times but these number are not working. My request No. provided by service center is N040548-0613-4289876. Complaint no. provided by customer care is MMX2708136698.
After some day luckily when my call got connected with customer care number then they told me that they need 10 working days to fix this issue. But after 10 working days they again told me that they need 20 more working days to fix this issue.
I don’t know what are they are doing with my phone??
Please don’t buy Micromax phone.
