I bought Micromax A60 in Feb. 2011 from Planet M at Munirka, New Delhi. It is one of the worst mobiles I have ever used. Its camera is poor (though they claim 3 mp). Its speaker got blasted. More serious problem is with its Android system. I have not been able to open an account with Google on it. Therefore, I can not access Android Market or other applets.
Their service centers have poorly trained technicians. I took it to their Malviya Nagar Service Center, they suggested me to go to the Lajpat Nagar Center. There, they were not able to correct the problem asked me to leave the phone for seven days so that they could send it to their Narayana Center. I do not know what they did with the phone, the browser also stopped working thereafter.
One more problem: Once you go out of network , it remains out of network and you have to manually set it. It has been a total waste of money for me.
