user friendly - do you like a phone that will check your patience with every single thing you do.
style and design- that old looks nothing new
value for money - yeah that makes the only perfect sense
for me Micromax is dead, it will never make a comeback but creating phones at a very low prize will help yes it will but the features and what it is providing is useless in this generation basically the customer will buy more phone resulting as this to be a useless product in the market.
