First of all I am HARD-CORE CDMA fan. I use reliance cdma. I had lg handset. I had bought that last yr in just 1400 Rs. and believe me it had more good features this this MICROMAX C2I which I bought in 1850 Rs.
I needed a mobile with long talk time so every1 asked me to purchase this as it gives 10 hrs of talk time which is wrong actually it gives approx 5hrs + but its still good. 5hrs including msging, and talking on the phone for 4 hrs. but after using it for 3 days I came to know it’s negative parts. first of all reception...big problem with sms...you send ur sms today the receptionist gets it next day. I don’t know hows that possible...neways then...the technical team really worked so cheaply on its inside items.
I really miss my old phone now...that had no problem at all....except was giving 3 hrs talk time....otherwise I would prefer LG product. Lots of functions are missing in this. Keep getting disconnected while talking and very very bad audio quality.
So It’s a request to micromax technical team never work such cheaply on any item. you worked on this item like...its just 2k piece so don’t give much to the people....but if u really wan stand in Indian market then I guess you should have thought twice on this caz LG and samsung still giving lots better than you guys in less than 2k. I really have lots complain about this so I would really not recommend this handset to those who does not wann suffer like me for msgs...ya but if u need a long talk time handset then its best piece. But I don’t know how long the battery will work like this...that’s a question.......will update u guys if I get ne new update on this...
Update on 28/08/10....hi guys...well just came to inform u guys about it’s updates status...specially I wanted to talk about it’s best feature which is its talk time....yes as they said it will give 8 hours continuous talk time...well I couldn’t talk continuously 8 hrs but ya....with lots messaging and about 5hrs talking and still having one indicator showing battery life, I felt it ’s really worth money in this case only....about yes about reception....well actually my mistake that time reliance were updating there network...so I was facing this problem in fact many would have faced...but now it’s resolved but still...reliance people said they use some kind of chip in there own handsets...as micromax is not branded partner of reliance so they asked me not to use any other CDMA handset other than those which u get in Reliance store...neways........
I don’t find any problem now with this cell I’m happy I wanted best talk time...i m getting more than 5hrs....so im happy for that...rest I don’t care...but really people who built this......they should be ashamed of there work...how could they not include all basic feature...u get more short cut feature in cheaper LG cdma handsets man...please work on it man seriously...thnks for reading my friends....
