I have been purchased this phone on 25 December 2016. After one month I face mike problem ( i.e. The person who call me /i call cannot hear my voice. Service center could not slove this minor problem even changing defective part 2times. I visited service center 7 times within a span of 2 month. Every time they told me your handset is ok. Same problem repeatedly I was facing. So I demand for replacement but company denied. Finally I dicided to file complain in district consumer forum against micromax for the problem of defective handset for replacement & compensation. If anybody facing the problems of defective handset please file complain in your district consumer forum.
