This ain’t no product at the end of the day it’s a bundle of services. And trust me, in my entire life I have found a worse service provider than Mircomax.Buy a Micromax and within a month it has to go back to their service center and languish for months together. You pay for it. They take it back to use it or God knows do what with it.
I bought a A 210 in Jan and by March I had to take it back to service center to be told that the product came with a faulty mother board which needed replacement. I was told that it will be done in 20 to 30 days time. The phone was getting so much heated that it almost burnt a toddler’s ear.
After more than a month of languishing in NCR, today I am being told it will take one more month. No one is there to tell why?So, net net, my money spent on the product is blocked. My business is getting impacted. And on top of that callous behavior of service agents on call without sufficient information is causing mental agony.
