I couldn’t find a place to review Micromax customer care service therefore I had to choose one of their models. Herr from the bottom of my heart I condemn the service given by the Micromax service centres.For them a month for repair is a short span of time; they take about 2 months to return the product submitted to them for repairing, this is horrible as now everyone knows how hard it is to stay without Smartphone and to have one from Micromax is terrified.
The customer care response is also bad they are hardly assist you in any of your problems also they do not even have a toll free number where you can discuss all your problems in detail
