People dont ever buy the newly launched phones from Micromax, they are not serviced at the service center and you have to follow up on the call center for everything. I bought this Canvas 5 ( E481) in Dec15 and got a software problem in 1st week of Jan16.
Since then Ive been following up almost everyday on their call center and its still not repaired. Even though they are asking for 999/- to replace the phone when its a simple software problem which can be fixed by flashing the ROM. DO NOT EVER BUY THIS PHONE OR BE READY TO HAVE ANOTHER PHONE FULL TIME BUSY CALLING THEIR SO CALLED PREMIER CARE SERVICE CENTER.
