Micromax Canvas 5 Lite Q462

I bought this product as secondary phone. First two weeks was the most horrid time in my life. The phone was not getting connected to WIFI and data since the IMEI number was not registered. I reached out to the service center in Gurgaon and they were useless.( I am withholding the name only because he was Honest) and he told me that micromax is d DUMPING SUCH PHONES TO AMAZON THAT DO NOT HAVE EXTERNAL TAKERS. This products was redeemed as fake and only after I threatened that I will consider suing Amazon and micromax they fixed the software and now its working fine.

Lets discuss about the pros and cons.

Pros:

1. value for money. For 5k this is good.

2. The 3 GB RAM is not just in paper. This thing never hangs.

3. Good call voice quality.

4. Good Screen quality( clear visuals)

Cons:

1. Scary Battery life( Consider yourself lucky if it stays 5 hours after full charge)

2. Non existent camera
