3rd Class Services in Micromax Service Center

This is my first experience with micromax service center and i found this is provides 3rd class of 4th class services to his customers. according to customers who waiting in service center, no one happy with services of micromax. as per my experience i patch here my full conversation with micromax’s executive. please read and thought what happen if you got any problem with Micromax.

Phone. 011- 45122442. From last 2 months in warranty but when i go for collect my phone that is still in problem and also there was some burning mark at the side of camera. So they are make a fresh job sheet on 13th November 2014. I called and visit many times to services centre but i don’t get any reliable answer.


So i tried to mail at info@micromaxinfo.com with hope of responsibility. Please Lett me know status of my mobile.

doesn’t support this no. so call was hang up.


Please send me answer of my query and also please tell when i get my phone.

Actually i am very disappointed from last 2 months. I have arranged a phone for use but due to delay in service i have to return backup phone to my friend and after all i have no any option so that i have to purchage  a new phone.


So that i will telling you more times.
