People I am using the perticular handset(Micromax Canvas Evok) since a year(maybe more), and what I think that it is one of the best projects of micromax. If we talk about the phone.
(1)BUILD QUALITY People the handset has a descent build quality and design as well considering the price-range it falls under( which is around 10k-12k INR). The phone gives us the feel of bezzel-less design which is a plus point for it. The material used for building is totally plastic which is of a good grade.the side panels are of silver colour whereas the back panels is black coloured having a good grip due to the printed pattern which gives a 3d feel.
the screen is of 5.50 inches. you will find the micromax logo just below an inch of the rear camera, giving it a royal look.
The volume rocker is on the right side with the screen on-off button below it, which makes it quite handy to operate .
The speakers are located at the bottom back.which some-times hinder the audio-profile when holding the handset but the audio quality and loudness is quite descent and good.
(2)SPECIFICATIONS
#Screen: The screen is of 5.50 inches with a good resolution of 720*1280 p at 267 pixels per inch which quite good.
#Camera: The hanset have one front camera of 5 megapixels which is a good chooice for selfies and on the otherhand the rear camera is of 13 megapixels with f1.8 .
#performance: the phone offers a very good performance rate.as contained with 3 gb ddr3 rams and octacore processors clocked at 1.4 GHZ. Personally I found it awesome for the price bracket we are talking about.
If used descently I never lags for even a second even while multitasking .
#battery: the battery is of 3000mAh which is more than enough for an average daily user.
#other featues: the phone comes with 16 gb internal storage which a plus point. it operates on android 5.1
#Should you buy it.?
as an indian consumer I personally recomend you to buy the phones if you are searching one in price bracket of 10k INR.
I loved the phone very much and specially I am stunned with its performance and stylish design which gives a god look while holding in hands.and is COMPLETE VALUE FOR MONEY.
