I have micromax q411 mobile which has 5 terminal on battery. The original battery which comes with mobile has been damaged due to overheating. I tried to buy the similar battery in the market but unable to got it. Afterthat, I went to the micromax care store at Chandigarh, they said battery will be come on Preorder. I gave the Preorder request. The representative gives the one week time period for the enquiry & also ensure the within 3-4 days, battery will be arrive at store. After 10days when I visited at store they we are not received any Preorder for the battery. This time they said, you have to deposited the full payment on Preorder afterwards order will processed to the company. Also quote the battery cost of Rs.650/-. I left that store.
I visited in the another micromax store. Here they quote the battery cost of Rs.512/- they you have to wait for 20days.
Atlast, I got the battery after 1 month & 10Days.
I’m totally disappointed from the service. Need to improve it.
