There’s so much written about this brand. I too had a major problem with this brand. Everytime I wrote something against the brand, they deleted it from the Facebook wall. Out of the 1 year warranty they provide, the phone was with the service centre for almost 4 months.
I got fed up & gave it up. My friend too had a problem & he created a FB page https://facebook.com/MicromaxNothingLikeAnything & he finally succeeded in getting a replacement. Stay away from this brand.
I’m surprised that mouthshut-which is supposed to be a place for consumer complaints itself is promoting the brand on it’s FB page.
