Hello, I am just writing this review so that you guys can save your money, time and avoid frustration.
Here is my story.
I have purchased Micromax Canvas gold of rs.20000 on 1Aug 14, after some time its not getting charge.so I went to service center on 23 Aug and they said it is having some major issue and it needs to send Gurgaon head office and will get back after 20, days.now I call to customer care also so that I can track update.believe me I have never seen such bad customer care.you can try the number.it will not ring in single shot. So many times you need to dial.after that whenever I am calling they just say no update call after 20days and they cut the phone.Still I didn’t received my phone yet.will write another review to inform what happened with my phone. But guys don’t waste your hard earned money to buy any Micromax phone.I did and I am suffering.but you can learn a lesson from me.
Wait for my next post to know what happened with my phone.till then be safe and don’t buy Micromax.
