I have given a micromax A77 mobile for repair on 14/06/2014(which was under warranty) to micromax care at marathahalli(bangalore), the jobsheet no is S010088-0614-10221575, I was told that it will be repaired by 28/06/14, but even till date ie 14/07/14 that mobile is not delivered to me, I have even lodged a complaint with their customer care the complaint no is MMX2806146806, more than one month has passed.
Every time I am calling the customer care I am being told that the mobile is under process, the customer care has very irresponsible persons they talk very rudely, they say go and complaint wherever u like, when asked how much more time they need they say that they dont know, even there manager Kanakraj is Not taking any responsibility, they all are hopeless, please never choose micromax because of there poor after sales service.
