Thinking to buy micromax product.Do not buy it.The experience that I had, I would not like any one of you to have.
It is about 75 days now my mobile phn is with the service centre and they have no reply.
This is the 2nd time in 1 year my mobile is been kept for more than 2 months.

If you are not able to repair a mobile for whatever reason it may be for 2 months then I think I should get a refund money for my mobile or replacement.
In 1 year warranty if any mobile is in service centre for more than 5 months then that mobile could not be repaired.Please arrange for a refund or replacement urgently.
