It is a very very bad experience to me. 1. It is difficult to open to see the battery or replace it any time unlike other cellphones of Micromax. 2. I tried to insert a new sim and checked for functioning etc. It was good. Then, I tried to replace that sim with my main cellphone sim so that I can use that as my main cellphone. The sim tray got stuck open. The main sim got trapped inside. I had taken it to a cellphone shop, but they suggested me to take it an authorized service centre. I took it to them in Secunderabad.lt appears that it cannot be opened by ordinary service people. Special equipment is required to open. The authorize service centre personal told me that it is defective, they they gave me the taken out main sim and suggested me to return it and ask for new one as it is not even 3 days since received. I tried my best to know how to return it and whom to return it. I could not find. Felt helpless and suddenly I found that the tray could move in and move out. I was happy and inserted my main cell sim. Again the tray got stuck and the sim got stuck. I felt miserable, went to authorized service centre personal, explained them the miserable plight and begged them to help me even if it costs me some money. They took a few days and they could take out my main sim ( no cell for those days) . They told me it will take about a week to do the needful, it is about 2 weeks and till now I could not use the cell since delivered. How miserable it is. God save others before buying. See first, know about the things you want buy and then only order it
