I am owner of Micromax E485, purchased in June’16 and since then the same has been repaired four times for outgoing audio issue.
I donot know what the brand is up to, today the outgoing audio again stopped and I want the brand to refund the purchase value as the brand is totally non-reliable.
I am a working women and I have no mode to communicate with my family on my way back home as the handset is not working and this could lead to an adverse situation as well.
