I have purchased Micro max Canvas Selfie from Max tel Telecom Gandhibazar bangalore on dt .15/03/2015 vide bill no 1905, after 2-3 days of use I found various problem in phone i.e. phone locks up not responding, camera no functionality and no audio in loudspeaker.
After that I have given phone for replacement with job sheet no - S010050041515954827 at MSN communication Micromax Check point jayanagar 6th block Bangalore - 560082 through shopkeeper( Maxtel) on 07/04/2015. I kept visiting them continuously and kept calling micromax customer care- delhi. Today(20/05/2015) I went to customer care office i.e. MSN communication at jayanagar and his Manager behaved rudely he told me that you wont get your phone before 2-3 month, you can do whatever you want. then I called customer care -186050XXXXX and Mr. Ajay kumar received Call and he told me that your phone has already been handed to you on 16/05/2015. I told him I didn’t received my phone then he told me that sir, we have given you phone and closed this jobsheet.
He also told me that we take our original jobsheet while returing phone as per Micromax Terms & condition written in jobsheet point no-2, so I am attaching original job sheet which is still with me and original bill. So I suggest all of you not to buy any phone or any product from micromax as they are fraud. They close their Job sheet without returing phone. thats why I am planning to file a Case against them at consumer Forum.
